What if I can’t find what I am looking for in the company store?

If you cannot find a particular item on the Web site, you have two options. First use our search function to see if you can locate the item. If you do not find the item, please fill out and submit a Special Requests: Item Not Found on Site form. This will go to our Guest Services team who will contact you within 24 hours to assist you in finding the items you desire. New items may have minimum quantity requirements, additional charges and/or longer lead times.

What if the item I want is not available in the quantity I need?

If the quantity you need is not available, please fill out a Special Requests: Additional Quantity form. This will go to our Guest Services team who will contact you within 24 hours. If the item is available, we will process a special bulk order for you. Please see approximate lead times for an estimated ship date.

What if I want to customize an item with a different logo or theme?

This can be done for large quantity orders. Please fill out and submit the Special Requests: Customize a Product form. This will go to our Guest Services team who will contact you within 24 hours. If the item is available, we will process a special bulk order for you. Please see approximate lead times for an estimated ship date.

How do I set up a customer profile?

You may set up a customer profile in the section named "My Account." Your profile includes information for login, checkout, shipping, billing and payment. Once you enter this information, you can edit it at any time.

You will also be able to select the Fast Checkout option that enables you to save time by going directly from shopping to checkout without re-entering information.

Will I be able to see a sample of my special request item?

A sample can be provided for large quantity orders. Samples for small quantity orders may require an additional fee. Special requests often have a pre-production paper proof that may eliminate the need for a sample.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping methods. The Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order. Some products cannot be shipped Rush or Express due to federal regulations or size restrictions. Shipping restrictions will be clearly identified in the product description and/or on the checkout screen.

You will be notified at the time your order is confirmed if an item is on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.

For certain large and/or heavy products, a special shipping rate may apply and the retail price of that item will not be considered. These special shipping rates will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Number via e-mail for tracking purposes.

What are my payment options?

What if I am shipping items to more than one address?

At Checkout, you can ship to up to eight addresses per order. To do this, simply click on the "I Want to Ship to More than One Address" button on the Shipping page to indicate you are shipping to more than one address. You will then be able to add and edit shipping addresses on the Ship To page.

You can combine items and item quantities as you want:

  • If you've ordered more than one of a single item, you may divide that quantity among shipping addresses (e.g. if you've ordered 3 denim shirts, you could ship 2 to one address, and the remaining shirt to a different address, or you could ship each shirt to a different address.)
  • If you've ordered more than one item you may ship different items to different addresses (e.g. if you ordered denim shirts and baseball caps, you could ship the shirts to one address and the caps to another.)

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders shipped to most of the United States are subject to sales tax; exceptions include the states of Alaska, Hawaii and Vermont. The amount of tax will be calculated based on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.

Why do some items indicate that they will ship at a later date?

An item in your order may not ship immediately because it is on backorder. This means we do not currently have it in stock, but we expect more in the near future. Your Order Confirmation e-mail will indicate that the item will ship at a later date and you will receive a letter indicating when you can expect it to ship.

What is California Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards. California requires the following separate notice.

Prop 65 Warning for lead crystal: "Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This warning does not apply to Baccarat decanters, flacons, stoppered pitchers, mustard and jam pots."

Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."

I'm having problems with your site. Why?

The most common problems accessing our site are due to the version or settings of your browser.

In order for our site to function properly, we require the use of one of the following versions of browser:

  • Netscape version 6.0 or higher (Windows)
  • Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher (Windows and Mac)
  • AOL version 7.0 or higher (Windows and Mac)

You can usually check the version of the browser you are using by clicking on the item "About…" under the Help icon.

Other browsers not listed above may work properly if they are SSL-compliant.

Can I improve the resolution and color of images on your site?

Due to the wide variety of settings and capabilities of individual monitors, it is sometimes difficult to display the exact color and details of a particular product.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the images on your browser, you may want to adjust the resolution of the monitor or the number of colors it displays. Information on modifying these parameters can be found in the monitor's documentation.

I put products in my Shopping Bag, but it says my bag is empty. Why?

We save items in the Shopping Bag for you while you are shopping. When you leave our site your Shopping Bag is emptied.

What are cookies? Do we use them?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser. We do not use cookies on this site.

How do you secure my shopping information?

We secure your shopping information in the following way:

  • Any information you send us that relates to your payment information (e.g., credit card number) and personal information such as your address is transmitted to us using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This is an industry-standard means of securing the information our guests provide during checkout while shopping online.
